1. Hotel (Guesthouse) Reservations

• Standard bookings: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. After this period, 100% of the first night will be charged.

• No-show: In case of no-show, 100% of the stay will be charged.

• Non-refundable rates (if offered): No refund will be granted in case of cancellation, modification, or no-show.

• Early departure: Shortened stays are non-refundable once checked in.

 

2. Restaurant Reservations

• Standard bookings: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the reserved time.

• Groups (6+ guests): May require a deposit at booking. Deposit is refundable if cancelled up to 48 hours before the reserved time.

• No-show: In case of no-show, the deposit (if applicable) will be retained or a no-show fee may be applied.

 

3. Refund Process

• Refunds (where applicable) will be made using the original payment method.

• Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider (generally 5–10 business days).

 

4. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disaster, government restrictions), La Prévôté – Le Rêve de Fusion reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
